Consent and Written Release for Collection, Use and Storage of Biometric Information and Identifiers
Certain privacy laws may require us to provide you with a written explanation of our privacy practices or to obtain your consent in writing. Applicable law permits us to instead provide these disclosures, and for you to provide consent, electronically. You have the right to obtain a paper copy of this disclosure at any time by contacting us via Contact Us.
When you use Coralai’s services, a scan of your face geometry will be collected, used, and stored by Coralai to create computer representations (i.e., a “faceprint”) for us to analyze your face and skin and make recommendations for a personalized skincare regimen, as explained in Coralai’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
This biometric information may also be shared with the independent licensed professional when you book any appointment, disclosed to Coralai’s service provider(s) that assist us in operating Coralai’s services, and as otherwise required by law or legal process. Coralai will store, transmit, and protect this biometric information using a reasonable standard of care and in a manner that is the same as or exceeds the standards followed in maintaining other confidential and sensitive information.
You may email us at via Contact Us to request that we remove your biometric information from our databases. We will also remove your biometric information from our databases if required by state or federal law. Coralai will retain your biometric information only until the occurrence of the first of the following: (a) the initial purpose for which we collected the biometric information has been satisfied; or (b) one year following your last interaction with Coralai.
